Delivery & Returns

NYSHealth currently delivers within the United Kingdom. Available delivery options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but delivery times are estimates and delays may occasionally occur outside our control.

Free UK delivery is available on orders over £40.

Where tracking is available for the selected delivery service, tracking information will be provided after the order has been dispatched.

If you purchase products online, you generally have the right to cancel an eligible order within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions under UK consumer law. Contact [email protected] within the cancellation period. After notifying us, return the goods within 14 days.

Products should be returned in their original condition. Certain sealed products may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return once the seal has been broken where an applicable health or hygiene exception applies. Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise not conforming to the contract, the customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning them.

Where a valid cancellation applies, we will refund the amount due, including the standard outbound delivery charge where required by law. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, contact [email protected] as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and advise you on the next steps in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
