If you change your mind about an eligible purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned products must be unused, unopened and in their original condition with any seals intact. Your statutory rights are not affected.

For health, hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened or have had their protective seal broken may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return. This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise not as described.
